- Improve license activation using the external browser for Safari on macOS
- Cloning: Fixed a bug that prevented some cloning operations from running through the CLI on Windows
- Geneious Server Database: Updated the Tomcat server version to 9.0.112
- Dotmatics Luma:
- Updated search queries for Sequence Sets to support separate protein and nucleotide material types
- Fixed issue where uploading multiple documents with the same Set ID created duplicate Sets
- Fixed issues where Primers on backbone fragments were not being sent correctly to Luma
- Cloud Workspace: Fixed a crash that can occur after uploading or accessing many documents in the Cloud Workspace
- Set paired reads: Fixed bug where it could incorrectly pair reads on some sequence name formats when pairing by sequence name
